Our Compact Laminate worktops combine several strong layers of laminate that deliver high performance with a slimline modern design. Resistant to wear, impact and heat (up to 180°C for 10 minutes) their solid construction also means they are completely waterproof. This means, unlike traditional laminate worktops, they can be used with undermounted sinks and have drainage grooves routed into the surface – perfect for a contemporary kitchen.

Bought these on the recommendation of my joiner who had to replace new, but cheap and nasty worktops installed by an incompetent joiner. I baulked at the cost when I bought them but they are worth every penny. They look amazing, are more or less indestructible, and have transformed both the look and functionality of my kitchen - ably assisted by a great joiner!

Finished Edges

All of our compact laminate worktops are delivered with square edges that have been sanded. For an optimum smooth and glossy finish, we recommend polishing all cut edges with a high grit sandpaper and rubbing in linseed oil with a microfibre cloth.

Delivery & Returns

Our Two Person Home Delivery Service will deliver to a ground floor room of your choice with clear access on a day that’s convenient for you. Costs start from £29.50 for one worktop plus £15 for each additional worktop (charges capped at 3 worktops) – order before 12 noon for next-day delivery. There is an additional £10 charge for deliveries for the next working day. Find out more about this service on our delivery details page.

If your items do not arrive as expected, please notify us within 2 calendar days of delivery so we can arrange repair or replacement. Should you change your mind once you have received your goods, please inform us within 14 calendar days of delivery – find out more on our returns information page.
