Perfect for finishing wooden worktop installations, whilst providing an elegant and efficient alternative to tiling down to the worktop surface.

These worktop upstands allow ash worktops to blend into the kitchen design at the same time as hiding the small 5mm expansion gap which is required when installing a worktop against an adjacent wall.

Ash kitchen upstands are also recommended when fitting timber worktops against uneven walls, as they prevent the need for the worktops to be cut-down-size, covering any small gaps that would otherwise become apparent.

Unlike other kitchen worktop upstands available on the market, our ash upstands are supplied perfectly square and can therefore be fitted immediately to create a square-edged chunky look, or can be customised with a different profile along the top edge to fit in with your kitchen’s design.

All of our wooden worktops are delivered with square edges that are sanded to the same grit as the top surface. This is 120 grit for standard worktops and 180 grit for pre-oiled worktops. Delivery & Returns

Our Two Person Home Delivery Service will deliver to a ground floor room of your choice with clear access on a day that’s convenient for you. Costs start from £29.50 for one worktop plus £15 for each additional worktop (charges capped at 3 worktops) – order before 12 noon for next-day delivery. If your items do not arrive as expected, please notify us within 2 calendar days of delivery so we can arrange repair or replacement. Should you change your mind once you have received your goods, please inform us within 14 calendar days of delivery – find out more on our returns information page.
